I have my profile set to loud and ringer volumes set to high. When I test the sounds there are very loud but when calls come in they are super low. Anyone notice this?

I just put in a different sim chip and now the bug is gone.

I have had no issues whatsoever with the ringtone volumes...all have been EXTREMELY loud when I wanted them to be...SIM Card definatly should/will not make a difference.

Blue ATT switched out with another blue ATT. I have several at work as I am the BB admin. Very odd.

It happened to me again and I discovered it's caused by the speaker phone. What ever volume I set the speaker phone at when in a call it will ring at that volume until I use the speakerphone again and turn the volume back up.

Mine works great.

Yep, make a call with speakerphone, set volume to 100% & your ringtones will be much louder. No problems since doing this -
