Default BES name lookup

Please Login to Remove!

After upgrading from a 7290 to 8700c, I no longer have the ability to lookup addresses from my bes server from within a message. I can lookup from the address book, but not a message. Any idea?

It can be done, they've just integrated it much more than before.

Go to compose a new message --> in either the To:/Cc: fields type what you want to lookup --> select the 'lookup' feature above your first email match which will say 'lookup: abc' where abc is the string you typed into the To:/Cc: field --> press the click wheel --> select the result you want that comes back
