Default Voice Mail Number on 7130

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone figured out how to change the Voice Mail Access number? In the Phone screen clicking the thumbwheel, then Options you can select Voice Mail. The Access Number is set as my cell number. I want to change it to *86 followed by pauses, then my password.

The 7130 does not give these options. Any help?

You can create an address book entry and assign as a SpeedDial for one-button access to VM.

OK makes sense. What happens when I get a VM notification and select Call VoiceMail? Do I have to escape out and then speed dial then VM entry?

You can program your password info in the Additional Numbers field.

EX: #123456#

When VM connects it will send the string and you're in!

When in phone press scroll wheel in and go to options

Then go into your voicemail

For additional number type your passcode in what ever it is

Then scroll to the first number of your voicemail passcode

Press scroll in and select add pause

Now when you go into call voicemail it will do everything.

Hopes this answers your question
