Default For those who have the 7250 and an extended battery...

Please Login to Remove!

can you post pictures of the back of the BB? Just so I can see what it looks like... maybe a picture from the side... and a picture from the back straight on? Or I'll take whatever you have. Thanks!

I'm just curious if the verizon extended battery door http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/s...el=7250™) is the same as the battery door sold with the exteded battery at http://store.bizshopr.com/rimacc-09125-002.html. Looking at photos from both sites... the doors are very different.

Maybe RCG can answer that question...

thanks in advance guys.

By the way... I did a search and came up with nothing...

I searched this forum. I searched Google. No Pictures. At least nothing that would differentiate or allow a real comparison.

Can anyone help out? I'd appreciate it.

I suspect, he was trying to be humerous.. I thought it was funny, thought not exactly helpful to you..

I am also sorry to say that I don't know the answer to your question..

Seems like tensions are high here.. (perhaps we should also expel our anger in the NTP thread )

Also... I almost bought the extended battery. I saw it at a store. It was not that much bigger. about quarter inch thicker on the bottom only. so it squares off the berry. It is twice the juice. I decided against it because I knew I was going to get an 8700. So I wouldnt be stuck with useless batteries.

Hey man... yeah... I ordered the battery on Thursday. I really don't want to make the BB thicker on the bottom... but I figure... the extra juice might be worth it... and who knows... I may like it thicker on the bottom... so I'll see how it is when it gets here early next week.

Random though: I have the OEM leather holster and the leather is said to stretch on the bottom to adjust for the extended battery... I just hope it doesn't deform the leather too badly... it's such a nice, smooth looking holster.

its actually a better feel in the hand with the thicker bottom. not as top heavy. I might actually get one now. Im using bluetooth more often and Im gonna wait for a verizon 8700 now.

I agree wholeheartedly with arche3, the feel of the BB with the extended battery is greatly improved, it no longer feels top heavy. It feels well balanced where it did not before. The extra thickness is not cumbersome at all, it still fits in all the cases I have without difficulty. All o fthese and we yet have been to discuss the fact that I can now go at least 3 full days without having to charge or worry about carrying a charger with me just in case.

Is that 3 full days with leaving it on over night... or is that 3 full days with it turned off at night?

Thats 3 days leaving it on over night without turning the bluetooth off(just the headset is turned off), I do however make it go to sleep at 11:00PM and wakes up at 7:30AM. It is also kept in the holtster with the magnet on if that helps. And if I have a light day on it in the 3 days I can stretch another day out of it.

Make sure you follow Mark's guide to training the battery, 3 full charges with 3 full discharges, then you can top it off as you see fit.

how acurate is this method? most battery manuals tell you to charge it full once and then you r good to go. I must admit I've never done the mark method so I wouldn't know.
