Default Outlook Web Access for 7130e

Please Login to Remove!

According to the 7130e documentation, it can integrate email accounts through Outlook Web Access v5.5 2000 and 2003. It tried to set this up. The instructions are very clear, but I can't get it to work. I'm not sure what version of OWA my company uses, but I doubt is would be older than 2000. Does anyone know if there are newer versions than 2003?

One problem I'm having is that I do not know what to put in the "Mailbox Name" feild on the setup screen because when I log in to OWA on my browser, there is no such field. I am only asked for username and password. I tried many obvious guesses based on my username, but nothing works.

I'm curious if anyone else has gotten this to work on the 7130e (verizon). I can check with my IT dept on Monday, but they do not support blackberries and I doubt they will be much help.

If "Mailbox Name" is the same as when you're setting up Outlook on the desktop, it's the name you show in the address list. In the 2 companies I've worked at, it's always (minus the quotes and with a space after the comma) "LastName, FirstName"

If you have Outlook available to you, you can usually see it in the properties for your Exchange profile they setup.

Don't know. Never tried. Was just trying to help with the specific question on Mailbox Name. My company has a BES server and that's what I connect into. Always have with the different BB's and companies I've been with.
