Can someone tell me how to change the IT policy?

Are you the BES administrator? Are you currently on the BES? Can you give more details of what you're trying to accomplish?

No and I don't know. It was an old company phone a friend gave me. They switched to a different phone service with his company. But it won't let me do anything with the phone even after wiping it, and it says something about an IT policy.
