Default Multiple email accounts...need an agent to manage...

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I am new to the Blackberry world, just got my 8700c. I am receiving email through the BES (Company Notes) and also my personal email account. All the email (Company and Personal) goes to the Main message box. I would like for an agent to be able to automatically move any message that comes in to a specific folder. For example: I have two accounts 1. [email address] and [email address]. I would like an agent that takes all email addressed to [email address] and moves it to the Web Client Mailbox automatically.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

doesn't look like www.legmail.com would help. I would still have the same issue as I would be getting mail from my corporate account and legmail.com mail. Still cannot automatically file them by rule within the Blackberry.

I'd recommend disabling forwarding (check Redirector Settings in Desktop Manager) of your personal account to the Blackberry and setting up BWC to move your mail to the Blackberry. The advantage to this setup is that BWC can be set up to mimic your personal email address. By default if you reply to email received via the BWC it will appear as if you're replying from your personal email account.

I have the very same issue. I looked for a separate email client for my personal email account but could not find one. People in this forum have suggested Reqwireless EmailViewer, but it is not available for sale anymore. I suggest you take a look at the "search" functionality that is built into the BB. I have define CTRL+W to take me to my Work Inbox and CTRL+H to take me to my Home Inbox.
