Hey guys i dont know if i am missing something but i used to have an icon pushed to my old 7100t on tmobile that let me configure my email account from the blackberry. I cant find this icon on my 8700c now that i have unlocked it and moved in my t-mobile sim. Is this not possible on the 8700c with tmobile since i had this icon when i used it with cingular?

I really hope this is not just me =(

Oh i forgot to mention when I changed to T-mobile sim i can now change the homepage for the browser!!!

cingular customers are now able to change the home page for both browsers

You might have to login to T-Mobile and set up your BIS account there.

Cingular also has a new internet browsing service book in their BIS. Push it to your device and you can change the home page on your browsers.

Oh cool that homepage change must be something recent.

What i meant about the configuration of email icon is that it used to be in the settings of my old t-mobile 7100t blackberry but i do not have it on my 8700c. Is there any reason for that. i know that i can manage the account through tmobile.com but i used to be able to do it from the handheld.

Of course, I do have Cingular and there are some session variables in the URL as well.

just goto settings options advanced options host routing table, and register now, the setup internet email icon will popup...worked on every 8700 I configured for tmobile
