Yes, Santa, your neighbors up there in the frozen north (RIM) haven't quite got it right yet. So perhaps you can get Rudolph to take a few elves over there and get busy with some fixes. And as my 30 days trial period runs out the day after Christmas, please do it by Christmas.

* Speaking for myself, my bluetooth doesn't work in my Acura RL. It pairs fine but disconnects shortly thereafter. I'll be having a miserable Christmas unless this is fixed. (Does your sleigh have bluetooth?)

* Pressing 1 for Voicemail no longer works. Reseting the phone doesn't get it back.

* The ringer volume is lousy unless a call has been made with the speakerphone on high volume.

* Can't choose my homepage on the BB browser.

* No SMS delivery alerts like on the 7100t.

I don't have BT built into my car

Pressing "1" for VM works for me

Ringer volume is soo loud people on the other side of the building I work in can hear it

I have the home page in all three browsers set to www.google.com

When I get a SMS it makes a special ring alert so I know I've got a SMS as apposed to an e-mail or the such

I don't know if you'd call me Santa but...

A couple of your issues have been addressed in the forums:

* Can't choose my homepage on the BB browser.

If you read the posts here the browser issue has been resolved. Either you need to re-register or log into BIS (if you have BIS) and repush your service books.

* Pressing 1 for Voicemail no longer works. Reseting the phone doesn't get it back.

Read this thred and just program your 'w' key to call vm.

But SMS delivery reports are different. They tell me if the SMS has been received by the recipient. A little "D" appears above the sent check mark on the 7100t. If the recipient does not have his or her phone switched on, the D appears when they switch it on.

push your bis services books again from the webclient and you'll be able to change the bb browser home page

SMS Delivery reports work fine on T-Mobile, but not on Cingular. Odd.
