Is there a way to create a folder on the main screen called posting?

I tried the search but it talked about e-mail folders but I want a folder for the main screen.

I don't believe you can create a folder off of the main screen.

What about move apps to main screen?

I know hold alt + trackwheel in with allow you to move icons but lets say I want to move something from the apps folder to the tools folder, is that possible?

ok how come when I created a theme it puts them all on there? Maybe I wll just have to do that or something hmm....
