I'm having the same issue but from the other direction - I have a user who's Verizon 7250 BBerry is not synching the contacts on his BBerry with the BES.
New Verizon 7250 BBerry, user imported his old contact list from a Palm into the 7250 using the migration tool in the v4.1 Desktop Manager. We've confirmed that Wireless Synch is enabled on the Blackberry, he is recieving emails, calendar entries, everything seems to be working except we cannot get the contacts from his handheld to synch up with the BES and into his Notes address book.
V4.1 Desktop Manager, R7 Notes, BES v184.108.40.206. I've gone so far as to wipe and recreate his account on the BES, clear the PIM Synch, reactivate the BBerry to the Enterprise. Notes will synch up with the BES, I just can't get the Handheld to synch with the BES.
ABout to call Verizon and make sure there isn't anything with his account that might be blocking things. Any help would be appreciated.
