i have a 7100t on the cingular service i can search through .wap sites but html site it searches and it comes with an ok and that is that. i went to cingular store to see the software that is on the 7100g and the software is same except a couple of different things. how can i browser the html sites

Search the forum for posts on this. Many threads on upgrading or changing browser. you should have 2 types of browsers on your home screen. Cingular and internet browser. Try the internet browser for surfing the netm hope that helps.

On my 7100g I had to have BlackBerry push the "BlackBerry Browser" to my unit. Once they did that I went into the BlackBerry Browser options and set the Browser Configuration settings to show HTML in the content mode. I'm assuming you have 4.0. If not, that may be a start.
