hi all, have an issue with a 8830 that i can't figure out. my father used the phone in Europe and ever since returning hasn't been able to access any email on it. when i tired to access the email settings i recieved this error message:

"the selected server returned an error when attempting to fulfill your request."

anyone have any idea what it could be? it's an 8830 running on sprint, v4.2.2.196.
