Default What does this 7130e status indicator mean?

At the top my my display, above the date, is the number 1 with a box to the right of it and an arrow inside the box pointing down. I looked in my manual and on the blackberry website, but I still can't figure out what this indicator means. Does anyone know what it means?

Thanks

Eric

Have you loaded any 3rd party apps? Are you using the VZW theme?

Default Funny Status Indicator

I have this same indicator on my 7100r and was looking fo the answer when I found this post. I wonder if it has to do with a BES injected App that I asked our BES administrator to install for my Bluetooth Keyboard? Since that is the only app "pushed" out from the BES, this seems a likely possibility.

Otherwise, I have downloaded several games so the "1" in the indicator box wouldn't make any sense... it would be 3 or 4.

I have the 7130e (VZW). The notification icon you describe appears on my BB (above the date) when I have an updated weather page ready to view. I enabled this service from within the Blackberry help page (Accuweather). This push weather service also has an icon on the screen (like an application). I think it updates twice a day. The BB will notify you just like an email message (vibrate or whatever). I have noticed different indicators depending on which theme is enabled. I currently use Vorino DimeExpClear...

I set up (again) the push weather from the BB web site but I have yet to get an update nor do I get the icon on the home page. I did a show all just in case it was hidden, but no go. Anyone else have problems?
