I picked up one of these yesterday and so far have not been able to get it to do some simple things and I cant figure out why... I have reset the phone a couple times... I have tried to find the answers in the forums but didnt have a lot of luck... Here are some of the issues I am seeing...

- I cant get the messages and level 1 messages notifications to work correctly... I get the red led blinking, but no notification... I have tried different profiles and different tone but I never hear anything when I get a message... Oh, and how does the thing know if its in the holster or not and use the different alerts?

- When I am in a call and I get another call I get a notification that there is a call but when I look at the phone I get nothing telling me there is a call, who it may be or anything... Whats the deal with that? Isnt there supposed to be some kind of caller id in this situation?

Also, on the home screen I want to be able to see my schedule for the day, is this possible? I dont need all those icons, can I customize what is displayed there?

UPDATE......

Ok, I figured out that I just cant read and the alerts are workig fine...

However, I still am not seeing who is calling when I am already in a call... This doesnt seem right!
