OK, here is the deal. I have seen people talk about this before, but Verizoin has no idea what I'm referring to.

I currently have a contract with Verizon. If i purchase the 7130 I will have to pay $419.00 I have heard people were able to call them up and, since they have the unlimited data plan, get a $100 discount bring the phone down to 319. They were able to do this by "extendind" their contract. I have a 2 year contract that ends in May 07. They say I should be able to have my contract expire in Dec 07 and get the discount. But no one at Verizon has any idea what they are talking about.

Any help you could offer would be appreciated!!!

If you a "regular" calling plan then this is true, i ahd a treo with unlimited data and then went to the E815. When i went back to the 7130 and again got unlimited data, even though my contract is not up, the rep took $100 off the price and made $319.00. Hope that helps...
