Have a bberry 8830 - world edition from sprint...
Used to be a personal phone that I hooked up to a work BES...their IT Policy forced a PW...that was a few mos ago...I forgot the password...tried 5 times, it wiped the device...now I'm getting error 507 on the screen - can't connect via desktop messenger, can't connect via loader.exe...downloaded latest OS (8830mAMEA_PBr4.5.0_rel295_PL3.4.0.55_A4.5.0.175_S print_L.P), can't figure out how to get it on the device.
HELP?!?
