I have a strange problem that I have not been able to diagnose. I have a BB8830 and one of my BB contacts has had the PIN change several times. Not positive what causes it but it may be when they send me a PIN message.

I have the individual set up as John Smith with a PIN. Whenever I see a message from J Smith appear somehow the PIN number associated with John Smith reverts back to the value for the contact's previous BB. I copy, and paste the new PIN to John Smith, all the messages now appear to come from John but I wonder when that will change again. It has happened 3 times already.

I tried a few searches to see if there was anyone else experiencing this but no luck. Anyone have any suggestions. Maybe I should just upgrade
