What happened to my contacts?

Default What happened to my contacts?

I have an 8800 with software 4.2. I recently wiped the unit and ran enterprise activations. I am connected to a BES. My emails and calindar came over okay but not my contacts. I can add them mannually but why didn't they come over?

Do you have Wireless Reconciliation enable on your Address Book?

Address Book > Options > Desktop > Wireless Sync = ???

I opened Address Book > pressed menu key, found and opened options > don't see Desktop or Wireless Sync anywhere on the BB.

Interesting. And you're sure you reactivated on the BES?

Go to Options > Advanced Options > Enterprise Activation. Does it show an activation date and time? If so, what is it?

Thanks jsconers, problem resolved. I wiped the unit (again). This time when I opened Address book > Options > I found wireless sync on the four line. I changed it from Yes to No then back to Yes. Within a minute the address from Outlook started coming in. All are now down loaded. Thanks again.
