I'm about to get a blackberry 7100 The nextel version. Umm, I plan to have it running boostberry. Im only going to keep it until i can afford to buy the blackberry curve that boost now offers. I just cant stand regular boost phones. My question. I have a mac umm snow leopard its new. whatever. I plan to have my OS updated on the 7100 and i was wondering if that is possible seeing as i have mac. Or will i have better luck finding a PC i could use for a few hours.

I doubt it will be worth updating the OS on the 7100. Not sure what the latest vrsion for that device is, but it certainly isn't anything above 4.2.

The 7100 is pretty old as far as cell devices and BBs go. Don't even know if DM would even find it.

Don't bother updating since you use a Mac. Save your money, check & see if Missing Sync from Mark/Space supports your phone if it does then buy it, works wonders on my Mac & my Bold.
