I mistakenly upgraded my 8700G 's OS is it possible to get back to my initial factory settings.

Welcome to the forums.

How did you mistakenly upgrade your OS?

If you mean to revert back to the previous OS, the only way is to download and install the previous OS and then follow these steps:

Hello,

I tried the steps given in the FAQ but it did not work. Also which OS comes in 8700G delivered my BB?
I need a complete refresh and OS instalation.

I am not sure which OS came with your BlackBerry.

What are the reasons you want to revert back to your previous OS? What issues are you having?
