Default Address lookup does not work for some e-mail addresses

We have a Balckberry Professional Server installed and everything seems to be working fine, When we try to look up addresses 90% of the addresses resolve ok. There are a few addresses which comes up saying "No Matches". I am sure this is a valid name and we can send and recieve e-mails. We are using Blackberry 9700 Hndhelds.

I would search this question on the Blackberry support site. I found many reasons for this to happen, too many for here. A lot depends on various software applications being used etc.
