I have a 8820 that must get lonley, because it decides to make calls all by itself, even when it is sitting on my desk.
I have tried locking the keyboard and putting the unit into the standby mode, but it still makes calls by itself.

Any ideas?

Sounds like moisture problems. Did it get wet at all? In a sweaty pocket or bathroom while taking a shower?
