Default 4.5.175 no incoming email during phone calls

Just upgraded to the 4.5.175 software and noticed that emails are no longer received during call. As soon as call is ended emails start to come in again. Is this an attempt from Sprint to restrict bandwidth with the software upgrade?

Pretty sure this a function only available on phones on 3G networks, not GPRS which the 8800 operates on.

EDIT: noticed you are on Sprint CDMA network. Not sure then. Sorry.

I don't think you can have simultaneous voice and data on CDMA. You can with a GSM 3G device, however. I am pretty sure you didn't get it on Sprint previously, either.

Not an OS issue.
