Default Black Berry 7100r and BES 2.2.3.11 For Lotus Notes

I have a few new blacberry 7100r's and I am trying to open a .jpg from
an attachement but I don't see a view on the attachement. All I am trying to do is add a few backgrounds to the phone. When I called our ISP he told me we need version 4 of the BES software. The attachment server is working as I can see word, excel and other attachements fine.

Is this true? If so is there another way to get the .jgp's into the pictures folder on the phone?

Thanks,
Randy

Yes it is, only the 4.0 server can view attachment files. You can however \'save\' an image to the BlackBerry from a web page, and then set that saved image as your home/stanby screen.

You will need BES4 to download those attachments...

Alternatively you can post them on a website and download them from there. Please search for detailed instructions on doing this
