Default Internet Error

Please Login to Remove!

Sorry if this has been asked before.. I am new to BlackBerry world, just got my very first Blackberry 8800 from dealrocker.com under a Buy.com deal. Everything is working pretty well except the Internet. Whenever I try to connect to the web pages via Internet, it says "a problem occurred while trying to render the page". Wondering what does this mean and how to fix this problem?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a blackberry data plan? Not just generic mobile data service, but the blackberry data service?

If you have a BB data plan, then try this: When in the browser, select the Options menu. Then select Cache Operations. Clear only the Content Cache.
