What were you doing just before it happened? Is there an error code, such as 507 or 523?
You can try a battery pull, sometimes that will fix it, but most likely you will need to reload the OS.
Find the yellow sticky at the top of the 8800 section and get the latest OS. Follow the instructions to reload. You may need to use app loader rather than DM.
