Question 7230 - How do I switch the mail server?

Please Login to Remove!

I just tried hooking up my BB to my email account, but the problem is, for the mail server, it seems to have found the incorrect one, and is set up as an IMAP server. It should be a POP3 server.

Is there a way that I can switch mail servers and also from IMAP to POP3? In the Advanced settings function, I can delete and re-enter the mail server, but I can't figure out how to change anything else. So when I hit "Save", it tells me that it is unable to validate the mail server.

Does anyone know how I can switch this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm thinking that this may have happened because an old mail server is still running that should have been turned off.

Thanks!!
Dave
