Default Problem with Enterprise Activation for BES

Hello, hoping someone can help me out here. I am trying to run Enterprise Activation on a Nextel 7100i to connect to our corporate BES. Not much is happening, just sits there at 'Activating'. The server is not receiving a signal. I called Nextel and verified that the service plan should be able to connect to a BES.

The signal strength is good. I am able to send / receive pins. I wiped the device and tried again with the same results.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Talk to your BES administrator at your company. This is something he/she would be responsible for.

I am having this same issue, and I am the Administrator of the BES server here. This Nextel is the 1st and only Nextel being used on this server, and it just wont connect. Wont connect via the Desktop manager, or enterprise activation. Enterprise activation gives a time out error after 30 mins. and i am tired to getting the Failed to initialize user from my BES to my account.

Any one else seen this before?
