Default Modem testing - APN settings vs Intialization String

Please Login to Remove!

As promised I tested for data charges using the "proxy" setting for Cingular blue in the intialization string and the APN settings. I can connect in both instances. With ,"proxy" at the end of the initialization string, or put into the TCP>APN settings. It can't be in both. Unfortunately, it appears I am incurring data charges either way.
