Please Login to Remove!

I just purchased a 7130e on 12/23, Is there any plans for Verizon to upgrade Monmouth Co. area in NJ with EVDO? Goes back and forth from 1XEV to 1x. just tried the *22899 to see if that helps. Thanks

It's kinda happening to a lot of us. Can you compare it to a VZW cell phone to see if it does the same thing? Then you'll know if it's the BB or where you live. I spoke to a VZW tech support guy who told me that was a known issue with the older VZW BBs as well.

It's better then my old LG, but I don't have anything as far as another EVDO to compare it too.

Its a combination of VZW's network and the 7130. I had similar problems here outside of the Phila area. In the past 10 days everything has worked perfectly. When I called VZW they said many of their towers had not been upgraded to the latest EVDO software, but they were working on it. I suggest calling to inform them of your problem. The sweaky wheel will get the oil first.

Having similar problem with my 7250 in Monroe, NJ with it switching back and forth and also getting frequent Data Connection Refused.

I think the network by us just isn't ready.

Works fine when I work in North Brunswick.
