Default Email Filters Help

Please Login to Remove!

Ok... I tried doing a search and maybe I didn't look right but I set up email filters(though the t-mobile site) based on "From" address. I made sure I put in the addresses right but yet I am still getting them on my phone? Anyone have any ideas???

When you set up your filters, did you be sure to check the box that says "do not forward messages to device" at the bottom of the screen? Are you sure your filters are enabled?

Is it every time, or just sometimes? I've had my tmobile filter skip a message and then go back to working without me doing anything.
