| So...you need to check with your besadmin to see if your BB has been provisioned for wireless sync on the BES. Do you have an enterprise activation icon on your home screen? Sounds like your problem could be there...When you sync via USB, if the device has been provisioned for wireless sync, the enterprise activation will occur even if the password has not been assigned for a wireless sync. You don't want to sync via USB if that's the case as it will cause issues. Your BB also has to have wireless sync turned on for each of the Outlook functions...tasks, memo's, e-mail, calendar, etc...this is done under the options in each of those areas on the BB. Once you are syncing wirelessly, this problem should go away....but 1st check to see if:
a) Your BB has an enterprise activation icon on the home screen
b) Each of the Outlook functions on your BB has the wireless sync option turned on (if it never got wirelessly activated, the option will not be there except on mail).
