Default Alpha numeric dialing???

Please Login to Remove!

So I got a business number this afternoon from a new client, and it is one of those that has the first the numbers and then the rest is a word. I had no idea which numbers to push! I guess I could have played the alphabet game for a while and figured it out, but can't the RIM folks figure out a solution? Or have they already and I just don't know about it? Little help please...

you should make friends with the search button.........

just input the letters it is a smart dialer and will automagically dial the correct numerical digits.

Hold down the ALT key and press the actual letter. No need to figure out which number to push. It's in the online help. It's in the FAQs...

Thanks. Will Ferrell in that skit just killed me, so when I saw the avatar somewhere else I just had to have it - thankfully the designer gave it to me.
