I've been using my 8700c for almost a month. Yesterday, we add my wife and her Razr to my family plan (nextel contract finally up), and now I get the "Blackberry Internet Service account has been suspended" message.
I called Cingular and they said everything looked fine on their end and had no idea why service would be suspended. I asked for a number for BB support, which they gave me. But....no support on Sunday.
Is there anything I can do today, or am I stuck until tomorrow?
