Default Upgrade Question?

I went to upgrade to the 4.5 software on my BB 8800 World Edition for the first time. While following the steps it prompted me saying "once we complete you may need to re-sync with your provider."

Does this mean I need to contact my phone service provider (TMobile) and re-sync with them?

No the phone will just restart and may take longer than normal. Did you do a backup?
If not you will not have any of the items on the new os such as contacts.

Also, if you are connected to a BES server, you'll need to do another enterprise activation after an upgrade.
