Default Enterprise Activation & Phone Logging

Please Login to Remove!

During Enterprise Activation,

I've noticed a users handheld takes unusually long time. This was due to that phone logging. It was showing 3594 items.

Also, in the phone area, where the logs show up to 10 to 15 calls made/received, I noticed there are calls way back last year's. And there are last month's call embedded between those last year's calls.

My question is, is there a way to delete all or minimize the phone call logs from the handheld, BES server or where????

From messages ribbon press ALT-P to display the phone call logs. Select a line with the date on it and choose Delete Prior. With that many items, it will take a few minutes to delete everything.

Is there any way to purge this info from the BES before beginning an activation on an existing user (say for a hardware upgrade or something)?

If you delete prior, how long will it take for that purge to replicate to the BES?

I asked this same question not too long ago. I was told that it was not possible, but is being worked on as a future enhancement to BES.

can you not just delete yourself off the server and add yourself back? I've done that before and it erased all of my call logs.
