I'm able to sync my contacts via Desktop manager, but not wirelessly. My issue is very similar to this persons, but i'm a bit confused/stuck. Contacts not synchronizing to blackberry but mail and calendar works fine
I assume you are on BES. I had a similar issue, and this is what they told me to do. Turn on wireless sync for your contacts.
Then, choose Options-advanced options-service book-scroll down to desktop[sync], wheel click and delete. Then, wheel click, and un-delete (you don't have to choose anything when you undelete, just click, and choose undelete) Then wheel click and close. Then scroll up to Enterprise Activation, and choose it. Then, after you click it, just wait about 30 seconds. It should start the activation process, wait till it finishes, and then do a battery pull.
During the Enterprise Activation part. Am I suppose to actually activate it (because it ask for a password.) or just wait 30 seconds on the Enterprise Activation screen?
