Default Folders on T-Mo 8700c??

Please Login to Remove!

Hello gang!

So, I think I've done my work and searched prior posts for an answer, but none was found. I also just got off the phone with a T-Mo rep who was unable to assist me, so I turn to you.

I've got an 8700c on T-Mobile. I want to view my Messages in folders (Inbox, Outbox, etc.), but I can't seem to do this. In Messages, when I select View Folder, I don't see any of my 3 email accounts. I see Browser, Calls, WAP and SMS folders, but no email.

Is what I'm trying to do possible on an 8700c w/ T-Mo? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Wirelessly posted (8700c: BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

Try resending the TM service book. When I had folder issues it was usually a corrupt service book.

Thanks, S-Dog. I actually went one further and deleted all my email service books and resent them. Still no luck. Are you working with an 8700 on T-Mo?

Don't know if this is a related issue or not ... I've only been using my 8700c (on Cingular) for a week. I can get to my folder list (using BES), but if the message is older then my 8700, I can't see it. Any way to get to the old messages (without resending all of them)?

Now, I have about 2GB of email, I know they all wouldn't fit on the 64MB 8700, but is their a way to query BES and pull it down?

Default Bump...

Here's hoping some fresh eyes see this post and have any solutions. T-Mo 8700c users, I know you're out there!
