Default Move Icons on 8700c

I don't think I have seen this question posted yet. If it has been, please forgive the repost.

How does one move an icon from a sub-folder, i.e. Applications, to the main screen? I want to move the Bluetooth connect, PocketDay and trackIT icons so I can hit them from the main screen, rather than having to go to the Applications and Setup folders, but can't figure it out.

Thanks.

Asked and answered many times.

You can not move icons from a sub folder to the top level. I used one of the other themes (available from mobile.blackberry.com) which show all icons on one menu and do not use submenus.
