Enterprise server sending duplicate emails
I am having a problem with my corporate email being duplicated. One email is being sent to me from the "desktop server" and the other is from the "web service". The only thing that I did was sync it with my laptop while the laptop was plaugged into my company network. At that time it completed the enterprise activation but then began to send me duplicates of all of me emails. Any ideas how to narrow this down to one email?
Don't use both Desktop Redirector (or BES) and the Web Client for the same email account. Use one or the other. It sounds like you're getting two copies because both are in place.
