I have several email groups on my outlook contacts and I dulicated some on my BB 8700 manually. But, the group email lists on the BB keep disappeariing, I think when I do a sync with the Desktop Manager. The email addresses associated with the groups are OK. Is there anything I can do to resolve thiss problem or is it a weakness in the software?

I understand Intellysinc not transfering the group list from Outlook to the BB, but
not the deletion of the group list on the BB.

It's not happening to me. Group addresses entered in the 8700 remain intact after a sync with Outlook.

Mines does this also, it is because list don't sync. I created separate list in my BB with a slightly different name. Like Team2 instead of Team.

I dont' have them disappear, I'm using BES what about you guys ? Maybe that's the difference

One of our users has an 8700 through TMobile, and the groups do not sync. So is there any resolution other than manually creating the groups?
