Somwhow my ringtone got turned off. It doesn't even vibfrate so I am unaware that calls are coming in. Help!!

Have you tried resetting the BB by popping the battery out and then back in?

Just did that- now it went diredt to VM without ringing.

I had this problem with my 7100t a couple weeks after recieving it. Called BB service and they told me to upgrade the os to the current. After doing this it didn't happen anymore but they said if I had the same problem they would replace the handheld. For mine if I reset it by pulling the battery it would turn the sound and vibrate back on but this doesn't seem to work for you.

If you have the 7100i, try removing both the battery and the SIM card. I've had to do that when just taking the battery out doesn't work. I think that holds true for the 7100g as well.

I had the same problem all of a sudden last month. I tried everything and never got it to work. I had the latest OS as well. What I did is formatted and reinstall the OS and it all back to normal just like new...

i did all this and reset and still nothing... when i try to listen to the tunes it plays bbCrystal for every single ringtone... dunno what that means. i also reinstalled EVERYTHING on it, then imported my address book. so it should be new settings, but i dunno?
