Anybody seen this. I think it works but haven't actually tried.

It's a way to MOVE application/icons.

It works. You can actually arrange your icons the way YOU want.

Yes, you can move icons around. You can even hide them if you don't use them! Golly!

However, on a 7100, with the nested menus, you can not move icons from menu to menu.

You can also hide an application that you don't use. The question is, can you unhide it?

Of course you can unhide them. Try it - it won't hurt much.

After you hide an icon or icons, press <ALT> and click the wheel. Select "Show All". The "hidden" icons will appear with an X over them. Scroll to the now visible hidden icon, press ALT and click the wheel and unhide it. Then click the ALT/click wheel keys and Show All again to hide the ones you want hidden.

Thanks. I was relunctant to try something without an obvious "undo" command.

I have about a million sarcastic comments about this thread - let's just say all of the JAVA BB's with current OS can move or hide icons....

The real issue is moving 7100 icons from folders to the ribbon (home page)

Actually, I think you can move and hide icons on the C++ BlackBerrys also.

For some reason i am not able to move the items inside my Applications Folder ? I am using a 7100r with the O2 theme. Is this preventing me from doing it or is it an OS issue
