Default e mail fonts and size

I went to settings options and changed the font and size. It worked for eveything except the e mail messages which were unchanged. Is it it possible to change these in message viewing? Thanks

cool papa: my font/size settings in Settings>Options affect my e-mail/SMS messages when I view them. However, I have noticed that the message list in certain themes I've downloaded remains unchanged by those settings - but in all cases, each actual message displays in my font/size of choice...

Default Check your themes

Changing themes resets the font size, and apparently sometimes doesn't change the font size in the message listing.

I use the wave icon them. See the thread on having fun to see what it looks like.

Stinsonddog: Sorry I wasn't clearer in my post. I know selecting a new theme resets the font/size to whatever's incorporated into that particular theme. What I meant is that I always select a certain font/size after loading a different theme, just because I find it easiest to read, but have found that the message list in some themes remains unaffected by my choices, although the actual e-mails show up the way I want 'em.

I'd suggested this to cool papa just in case he only looked at the message list and not any of the actual messages he might have...

But it is weird why some themes work that way and some don't. Wave Icon reflects my font/size choice once I set it; Macberry doesn't.

Default I understood you

I probably didn't relay it right, but I do think that any theme that doesn't update the message list font size is defective in a way. I have found the wave theme more stable than others along with a custom home screen picture. See it here

Time for some fun and learning

Thank you all . I will change the theme to "wave"and report back. I have been using the default theme since I picked up the 8700 on Monday. This is my 3rd 8700. The first just went dead- no screen no battery. The next had a shorted out ear piece circuit.
