Default Cingular 8700c on T-Mobile TCP access setup

Please Login to Remove!

Once again I'm writing on my experiences doing this. I tried a lot of things, so I just figured I'ld write what worked for me. I do not pay any additional fees for internet access doing this. I am on T-mobile with the Blackberry Unlimited plan.

1. Goto "Settings" / "Advanced Options" / "TCP"
2. Enter "wap.voicestream.com" for the APN
3. Enter in your tmobile username and password.
4. Save!
5. Remove the battery to restart.
6. Should work!

If this doesn't work, make the username/password blank, save, and reboot.

I believe that T-Mo's unlimited BB plan included unlimited internet access as well, not just wap.

Fluxin, you don't need a username and password to access the wap APN.

unfortunately on mine, I did. I know for some others no name and pass works. I forgot to mention that at the top.
