Just activated a 7100i on my Nextel account. I seem to be able to send emails from the handheld, but can't receive anything (either direct or from the web client).

Nextel/BB support was clueless and just kept resending the service book. It didn't work. I resent them myself from the web client, but nothing either.

Any clues?

Had problems when my BB was first activated. I reset it by taking the battery out. When it "re-booted" all my problems went away.

I had the same problem this morning....when I was in my webclient I noticed that my pin had changed to a 0.....Nextel ended up having to delete my webclient account and recreate it. When I tried to re enter the pin it said that my pin was associated with another account already. Check your webclient and give them a call back and let them know.....I had to go all the way to tier 3 to get my problem fixed.

I spoke with BB data support and they did a PIN reset. Once they did that I got a big blast of emails. All is working well on that front now.
