Trying to sync with my corporate outlook email. I went to Enterprise Activation, entered my outlook email address and my password. BB appeared to get hung up on activation. I came into work this morning and had two emails with the ETP.DAT file in both. But not receiving emails on my BB...

Can someone direct me to some good basic directions on this topic.

Are you on BES 4.0 or higher? Did the BES Admin give you the one time only use password for Enterprise Activation?

If not, you should NOT have used EA.

If you don't know what it is, you don't have it.
You only run Enterprise Activation if you have a corporate e-mail system, with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server - a BES.

What type of mail are you trying to get set up for? POP3 (an Internet mail account)? GMail, Yahoo mail?
