Have you tried turning it off from your Blackberry?

In your messages, scroll-click and select options.
Select Email Settings
Make sure the "Use Auto Signature" option is set to no.

If you have BIS, log into your account and you can edit your signature there.

Tmobile doesnt have a web login in anymore. You can only access the account info from your blackberry and the signature field isnt editable.

There still is a web login from T-Mobile. I was able to login to my T-Mobile (on my notebook), edit my email accounts and modify or delete the signature box. I got an "email account successfully updated" message.

After you login to My T-Mobile, go to "Blackberry Internet Email" under "Communication Tools & Downloads" - "Messaging". Select the "edit" icon for the email address you want to change and the signature box should be displayed. Make your changes and select "save".

Hmm...under Communication and Tools, there is no Messaging option when I log in. I searched everywhere. Under the Communication tools, there is T-mobile web, get news alerts, e-mail (but it says Learn more), and Access voicemail. There is the option to change my email address from a @tmo.blackberry.net to a @tmomail.net, but thats it...

That is interesting. Instead of selecting Communications Tools from the menu, do you see a "Communication Tools and Downloads" section when you first login and then scroll down. This section is on the left hand side. Sections include: Messaging, Web & Applications, Music and Sounds, Wallpaper, and Games. (www.tmobile.com ) is the url I used, then logged in with my phone number and password.

Default t-mobile user replies

I am with t-mobile and I altered the sig file via the t-mobile instant email site - http://www.instantemail.t-mobile.co.uk/

Sign in and go to Options.

Hope this helps.

Gators86 is 100% correct.

If you havent already - go and download Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.1:

http://www.blackberry.com/support/downloads/index.shtml

Choose DOWNLOADS
then SERVICE PACKS
then BLACKBERRY DESKTOP MANAGER 4.1 from the drop down menu

Install it and once that is done, connect your BB to your computer and then follow Gators86 instructions - you can alter it right there.
