deleting email from server

Default deleting email from server

Please Login to Remove!
Is there some way to have an email which I deleted from the BB also be deleted from our Corporate email server?
I have my BB set in the messages options/email reconcilation/Delete On: Mailbox & Handheld.
The emails still remain on the server.

The deletion doesn't usually happen right away. Give it some time, see if it does it. Or, while in messages, click the wheel and choose reconcile now

Question Checkbox?
Greetings!

Did you check the box: Leave Copy of Email on Server when you configured your email??? If so, perhaps reconfiguring and unchecking this box would solve this problem??!!

You may also want to ask your IT guy to check the BES logs. The Besadmin may have access to remove things from your inbox. Can your coworker delete the message remotely? If so, something is wrong on your side, not the permission.
